AiAkiv is in preview, and every feature is free right now. We are not taking payments yet. Paid plans open soon, and the prices below apply once they do.

Every account has one personal memory. You can save up to 10 new memories a day to it, with no limit on the total. Plans differ in the team memories you share with teammates: how many you can have, how many new memories you can save each day, and how many they can hold in total. The daily number and the total are shared by all the team memories of your account.

On every plan

  • Reading, searching, editing, exporting and deleting are never blocked on any plan. When you reach the total, only new saves are blocked, and memories you have already saved are not deleted.
  • Hidden memories count toward the total until they are deleted.
  • When a subscription ends, your saved memories are not deleted. A team memory that can no longer take new saves may be moved to the archive after a grace period (currently 30 days), and you can download archived memories for free at any time. Pay again and they are restored. If you pay again for a lower plan, you choose which ones to restore, up to what that plan holds.
  • Each day starts at midnight UTC.
  • A team memory uses the limits of the account that owns the team, whoever makes the save.
  • The detailed rules are in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Billing

  • Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax may be added.
  • Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • There is no free trial.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
