1. Information we collect

Account information: an email address and profile identifiers provided when you register or sign in through a third-party provider.

Memory content: the notes, summaries, tags, and related data that you or your connected AI agents choose to save. This content leaves your device and is stored on our servers.

Usage and technical data: logs such as timestamps, request metadata, approximate location from IP, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide the Service: to store your content, index and embed it, build and query the knowledge graph, and return results to you and the teammates, projects, or agents you authorize.

To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including preventing abuse and debugging.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your memory content to train third-party foundation models.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, and generating the vector embeddings needed to search your content. They process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations, only as needed to run the Service.

4. Sharing

Your content is shared only within the teams, projects, and domains you configure, and with agents you connect. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, its users, or the public.

If we are ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your content until you delete it or close your account. The console lets you view, export, and delete your content and projects.

When you request deletion, we remove the content from active systems within a reasonable period; short-lived backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. Some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique credential and save only what you intend to store.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can exercise most of these directly in the console, or contact us for help.

8. International transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where we do, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children below the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
