Terms of Service

1. The Service

AiAkiv stores content you or your connected AI agents choose to save, organizes it as a knowledge graph, and lets you and any teammates or agents you authorize retrieve it later across multiple AI clients.

The Service is offered as a preview and is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your account

You may need to register with an email address or a third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of anyone who has not agreed to these Terms.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you save (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, index, embed, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the teammates, projects, or agents you authorize. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.

You are responsible for having the right to save the content you submit, including any personal information about other people.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to store or share unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, store other people’s personal or confidential information without a lawful basis, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the Service or other users.

5. Fees

The Service is currently free during preview. If we introduce paid plans, we will describe pricing and give notice before charges apply to you.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during preview. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical, and we keep tools for you to export or delete Your Content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-assisted retrieval and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate; do not rely on them as your sole record for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account and content at any time through the console. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
