Refund Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

AiAkiv (the “Service”) is operated by OnMinimum (“we”, “us”). The Service is currently free during its preview. This policy applies to paid plans purchased through Paddle.

1. Who processes payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle charges your payment method, sends your receipt, and issues refunds. This policy explains when we ask Paddle to refund you. Paddle's own buyer terms and refund policy also apply to your purchase.

2. Your legal rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If the law gives you a longer or stronger right to cancel or to be refunded than this policy does, the law applies.

3. First payment of a new subscription

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.

4. Plan upgrades

When you move to a higher plan during a billing period, you pay the difference for the rest of that period. If you ask within 14 days of that payment, we will refund it in full and your plan returns to the one you had before.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you ask within 14 days of a renewal payment and you have not used the paid plan’s limits since that renewal, we will refund that renewal in full. We refund other renewal payments where the law requires a refund or where we agree to one. If you forgot to cancel, contact us promptly. We look at each request.

6. Cancelling and moving to a lower plan

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep your plan's limits until then. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period.

If you move to a lower plan, the change takes effect at your next renewal. You keep the limits of the plan you paid for until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund or credit the difference.

Once the change takes effect, if your team memories or saved memories go beyond the lower plan’s limits, creating new team memories or saving new memories is blocked as described in section 5 of our Terms of Service, and memories you have already saved are not deleted.

7. Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after a cancellation took effect, or charged an amount you did not agree to, tell us. We will refund the incorrect charge in full, whenever it happened.

8. Service problems

If a fault on our side keeps you from using the paid features of the Service for an extended time, contact us. We will refund the affected part of your payment or give you another remedy the law provides.

9. What happens after a refund

When a payment is refunded in full, the plan limits that payment gave you end at once and your account returns to the free plan, or to your previous plan if the refund was for an upgrade. Your stored data is not deleted because of a refund. The free plan's limits and the archiving rules in section 5 of our Terms of Service apply to it, and you can still export your data.

Deleting your account cancels your subscription. It does not by itself refund payments already made. Ask for a refund before you delete your account if this policy entitles you to one.

10. When we may refuse

We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, where the Service was used in breach of our Terms of Service (including section 4, Acceptable use), or where refunds have been requested repeatedly for the same account or payment method.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most problems are solved faster that way. A dispute may suspend paid access to the Service while it is open. Your right to dispute a charge is not affected.

12. How to ask for a refund

Email us at [email protected] from the address of your account, or use the support link on your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Tell us which payment you mean. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle normally completes them within 14 days of approval. How long your bank takes to show the refund is outside our control.

13. Separate agreements

If you have a separate written agreement with us for a Team or custom plan, the refund terms of that agreement apply instead of sections 3 to 6.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. A change does not apply to payments made before it took effect. We announce material changes on the Service or by email.
