Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AiAkiv (the “Service”), a hosted shared-memory service for AI agents operated by OnMinimum (“we”, “us”). OnMinimum is a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (representative: CHO TAE SUN), and AiAkiv is our brand. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you keep using the Service after these Terms change, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AiAkiv stores content you or your connected AI agents choose to save, organizes it as a knowledge graph, and lets you and any teammates or agents you authorize retrieve it later across multiple AI clients.

The Service is offered as a preview and is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your account

You may need to register with an email address or a third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of anyone who has not agreed to these Terms.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you save (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, index, embed, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the teammates, projects, or agents you authorize. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models.

You are responsible for having the right to save the content you submit, including any personal information about other people.

The Service, including its software, its design, and the AiAkiv name, logo and other trademarks, and all intellectual property in them, belong to OnMinimum or to those who have licensed them to us. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you follow them, and no other rights. This does not change your ownership of Your Content described above.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you, your teammates and the AI agents you connect use the Service. Do not use the Service, and do not let other people or AI agents use it through your account, for any of the following:

(1) Breaking the law or helping others break it, including storing or sharing unlawful content.

(2) Fraud, scams, phishing, spam or other deceptive practices, including impersonating a person or organization.

(3) Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of others, such as copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

(4) Sexual content involving minors, or creating, storing or spreading sexual or intimate content of a real person without their consent, including deepfakes of real people.

(5) Content that promotes hatred, harassment, threats or violence against people.

(6) Creating, storing or spreading malware or other harmful code.

(7) Collecting, storing or publishing other people’s personal or confidential information without a lawful basis, including doxxing.

(8) Interfering with the security or operation of the Service, including unauthorized access, probing or bypassing security measures, overloading the Service, or reverse engineering it except where the law allows.

(9) Getting around usage limits or safety measures, including splitting your use across several accounts to avoid plan limits, or using the Service to get around the safety measures of AI models you use with it.

To report content or use that breaks these rules, email [email protected]. You can report content that you believe infringes your intellectual property the same way. Please include enough detail for us to find the content (for example, the address of a public page or shared item) and, for an intellectual property claim, a description of the work or trademark and your contact details.

We do not routinely look at the memories you store. When we receive a report, we review it and may remove the content, block access to it, or suspend the account involved. Where appropriate, we tell the account holder and give them a chance to respond.

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property of others.

We may also suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or threatens the Service or other users.

5. Plans, billing, renewal and archiving

We offer a free plan and paid plans. What each plan includes, its limits and its price are listed on our pricing page at https://www.aiakiv.com/pricing, and the values shown there apply. During the preview, some or all of the Service may be free and paid plans may not be on sale yet. You will not be charged before paid plans open.

Every account has one personal memory, created with the account, and depending on your plan you can create team memories that you share with teammates. Your personal memory has a limit on how many new memories can be saved per day. For team memories, each plan sets how many team memories you can create, and all the team memories of your account share one daily limit on new memories and one total number of memories they can hold. These values are the ones listed on the pricing page. A save into a team memory uses the limits of the account that owns that team, whoever makes the save. Hidden memories count toward the total until they are deleted. When your account reaches its total, only new saves to its team memories are blocked. Memories you have already saved are not deleted, and you can still read, search, edit, export and delete them.

There is currently no limit on the total number of memories your personal memory can hold. We may set a total limit for the personal memory of users on the free plan, and we will tell you in advance before we set or change it. Reaching that limit never deletes memories you have already saved. It only blocks new saves.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars. A subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel, and each renewal is charged at the price of your plan for the new billing period. There is no free trial. Each person can hold one paid subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle charges your payment method, sends your receipts, and issues refunds.

Depending on where you live, VAT, sales tax or a similar tax may be added. Paddle calculates it and shows it at checkout before you pay. Paddle’s buyer terms, shown at checkout, also apply to your purchase.

You can cancel, change your plan, or update your payment method from the billing page in the console, which takes you to Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep your plan until then. If you move to a higher plan, the difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged at once. If you move to a lower plan, the change applies from your next renewal.

After you move to a lower plan, if you have more team memories than that plan lets you create, only creating new team memories is blocked. If your account holds more memories than that plan’s total, new saves to your team memories are blocked. In either case, memories you have already saved are not deleted.

If a renewal payment fails, your plan continues for a short grace period. If the payment is still not made by then, your account returns to the free plan’s limits.

When a paid subscription ends, or a renewal payment is not made and your account returns to the free plan’s limits, you can keep using your personal memory. If any of your team memories fit within the free plan’s limits, you can keep saving to one of them, and you choose which one stays open. If none of them fit, you can create one new team memory and use it on the free plan. You cannot save new memories to your other team memories, but until they are moved to the archive you can still read, search, edit, export and delete them.

We may move the memories of a team memory that is closed to new saves because payment stopped to a separate archive once a grace period has passed since it was closed to new saves. We may move the memories of your personal memory, and of a team memory kept open on the free plan, to a separate archive if your account has had no activity (signing in to the console, calling an AI tool, using an API key, or calling through a connected-account connector) for 90 days and a grace period has passed since we told you. The grace period is currently 30 days and may change for operational reasons. If it changes, we will tell you in advance on the Service or by email, and the change will not apply to a grace period that has already started. We will email your account’s address before moving anything, and we will not move anything if we could not tell you. We do not move the team memories of an account with an active paid subscription.

Moving memories to the archive does not delete them, but archived memories do not appear in AI search. You can download archived memories from the console at any time, free of charge, whether or not you pay. We restore your personal memory, and a team memory kept open on the free plan, when you use your account again. We restore a team memory archived because payment stopped when you pay again. If you pay again for the same plan or a higher one, we restore all your archived team memories. If you pay again for a lower plan, you choose which team memories to restore, up to that plan’s number of team memories and total. The team memories you do not choose stay in the archive, and you can still download them free of charge. While a memory is being restored, you cannot save new memories to it.

We do not delete your stored memories because a paid subscription ends. We may delete archived memories three years after the date they were archived, and we will tell you before we delete them.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at https://www.aiakiv.com/refund.

We may change our plans, their prices or their limits. We will announce a change at least 30 days in advance on the Service or by email. For paid subscribers, a change applies from the first renewal after those 30 days, and you may cancel before it applies. Changes to the grace period follow the grace period paragraph above, not this paragraph.

If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over this section where they differ.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during preview. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical, and we keep tools for you to export or delete Your Content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

The Service uses automated processing, including AI, to store, find, connect and summarize content. Saved and retrieved results, connections and summaries can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a memory may not be found when you need it. Check important information before you rely on it, and do not rely on the Service as your sole record for critical decisions. Nothing the Service shows you is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and it does not replace such advice.

You are responsible for what you save, for what the AI you connect saves, and for how you use what you retrieve from the Service. The AI clients and models you connect are provided by others under their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account and content at any time through the console. Deleting your account cancels any paid subscription.

When you ask to delete your account, we do not delete it at once. We delete it after a set period from your request (currently 30 days). When you ask to delete a team memory, we delete it after a set period (currently 7 days). You can cancel a request in the console until the deletion actually happens. You cannot ask to delete your account while you still own a team memory, so first hand that team memory to someone else or ask to delete it. Cancelling an account deletion does not cancel team memory deletions by itself. Cancel the account deletion first, then cancel each team memory deletion separately. Because the period for team memories is shorter, a team memory can be deleted before your account. When you ask to delete your account, works that an app was managing are released from app management and their deletion is requested too, and they do not go back to app management if you cancel the account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or limit part of your access, if: you seriously breach these Terms (in particular section 4); an amount you owe is not paid (for a failed renewal, we first return your account to the free plan’s limits as described in section 5); we reasonably believe your account poses a security or fraud risk to the Service, other users or third parties; you repeat serious breaches after a warning; or the law or an authority requires it.

Where practical and lawful, we will tell you the reason before we suspend or terminate your account, and give you a chance to fix the problem or to export your content.

If a paid subscription is suspended or terminated, payments are handled as set out in our Refund Policy at https://www.aiakiv.com/refund.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your content and intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, which cannot be changed by contract, and nothing in these Terms takes that protection away.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
